Complete an inquiry form

Our inquiry form is the first step to working in the United States. Once we receive your information, we will determine if your nursing education and experience qualify you to work in America. Completing the online form is quick, easy and will only take a few minutes of your time.

Get to know O’Grady Peyton International

Nurses who meet American nursing education requirements and have sufficient clinical experience will be invited to attend an information and interview session in their home country that covers all aspects of our USA Nursing Programme. We will provide you with first-hand information on living and working in America, provide answers to your questions and give you the opportunity to meet your local O’Grady Peyton International recruitment team.

Take the NCLEX exam

To work in the United States, you must pass the NCLEX-RN exam. American nurses take the test after completing their nursing education, as part of licensure requirements. O’Grady Peyton International will help you prepare for this exam by offering study programmes, seminars and ongoing personal support. NCLEX exams are given in the USA and its territories, in addition to London, Seoul and Hong Kong. You will be invited to test at the nearest test center. O’Grady Peyton International will pay for your airfare and accommodations, if required. Typically, NCELX trips are two to four days in length. Your reward for passing the NCLEX-RN is a full and unrestricted RN (registered nurse) license.

Obtain your visa

Once you have passed your NCLEX-RN exam, O’Grady Peyton International, as your U.S. employer, will initiate the sponsorship of your Permanent Residency visa (Green Card). Having a green card will also allow your spouse and any children under the age of 21 to legally live and work in the United States.

Prepare for a new life in the USA

Once you arrive in America, O’Grady Peyton International will be on hand to meet you and to help you get settled into your new home. A local O’Grady Peyton representative will be assigned to you and will be available throughout the duration of your time with us.
