O’Grady Peyton utilizes international nurses from English-speaking countries around the world for long-term assignments in the USA, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia.

Long-Term Allied Health Staffing Solutions

Our allied health staffing program offers two-year assignments, so our healthcare professionals have an opportunity to make a strong contribution to your facility’s core healthcare team. Long-term travel professionals have time to learn your facility’s processes and procedures and become valuable members of your team, potentially setting them up to become future leaders and managers or permanent staff members in the future. O’Grady Peyton currently recruits allied health professionals from countries like the UK, Philippines and for long-term assignments in the United States.

Permanent Staffing Solutions

O’Grady Peyton also offers international nurse recruitment under its ConnectSelect program, which allows you to select nurses to complement your facility’s current staff as permanent employees, with a minimum two-year commitment. The nurses we recruit for you are committed to relocating to the United States and are interested in your facility. Once you select the ideal candidate for hire, we facilitate all the immigration, certification and relocation details—when they arrive at your facility, they’re ready to begin working.
