Permanent Telehealth Trage Nurse positions available for U.S. Licensed Registered Nurses in Waterford City, Ireland

OPPORTUNITY
Immediate need for U.S. licensed RN’s for a Triage Call Center for a major U.S. Hospital, located in Waterford City, Ireland. Nurse will facilitate callers’ access to appropriate levels of care by assessing needs, offering clinical options, referral to healthcare providers, services and community resource. Promotes wellness and informed decisions by providing health information, home care advice and prevention concepts.  

SALARY AND GENEROUS BENEFITS INCLUDE:

  • EU35,000 per annum (reviewed annually subject to performance)
  • 39 hour week with 7 day coverage
  • Hours scheduled between 11 am to 12 pm (GMT)
  • Flight cost to commence employment
  • Health cover subsidy after 6 months
  • 20 days annual leave
  • Continual professional development funding
  • Pension contribution – up to 5% of salary after 6 months

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • U.S. RN Licensure
  • 3 years recent experience (experience in telehealth triage, emergency, mature/peds ambulatory care, home health care or ICU preferred).
  • Current CPR
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Fluent written and conversational English communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland (Irish passport or EU National)
